Seasonal Tax Preparer/Admin Support
(Help needed approximately 6 to 8 weeks per year from early March to April 30)

    • The Candidate will have experience working in a team setting. He/she will have experience inputting data to tax software and previously helped with administrative support in a busy office.
    • Skills required are a basic knowledge of the simple functions of an excel spreadsheet; strong analytical and exceptional organizational skills; details oriented; accurate; experience inputting data to Tax Prep software would be a benefit.
    • Duties include preparation of excel spreadsheets as well as data input and tax return assembly, answering phones, greeting clients, arrange couriers and post office mailings, manage client control sheet, and other related admin functions.
    • Duration: The work term starts in early March and ends April 30
    • Wages: to be determined based on experience.
