Barb's credentials include an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University and a BA from the University of Toronto.
Over the years, she's added considerably to her financial acumen by achieving certification as both a Chartered Financial Planner and a Registered Financial Planner. In addition, she's completed the Canadian Securities Course and participates on an annual basis in a range of professional development conferences, forums and workshops that define the leading edge in planning practices.

I joined B L Garbens Associates Inc as an administrative assistant in 2010 after moving to Canada from Dundee, Scotland.
Ordinarily, I am the first point of contact for new clients, and am always pleased to help with any enquiries that any of our clients have.
I have over 7 years of experience working in customer service, and administration.
Additionally, I am fully proficient in tax return preparation, drafting detailed cash flow projections and online communication management.
I graduated from the University of Dundee, Scotland in 2009.
